We designed with TMUXHS4212, and the current application involves two SATA controllers switching through a mux to connect to a hard drive, as shown in the diagram below.
However, we have encountered a problem. After switching the mux channel multiple times via the control SEL pin, we found that the hard drive cannot be detected.
After recording the signals through a SATA analyzer, we suspect that the mux may be hanging and unable to transmit signals.
After the problem occurs, we need to control the SEL pin and switch multiple times before the mux has a chance to return to normal.
I would like to ask if you have encountered a similar issue or if there are any ways you could assist us in debugging this. thanks!
