I'm looking for a compatible pin2pin equivalent because I can't find a stock big enough for my needs. Do you have an alternative Pin2pin-compatible reference? In a SOIC-8 case, please?

I think the good one proposed is the TCAN3403-Q1 instead of TCAN3404-Q1 ?

Using TCAN3403-Q1, the pin 5 has exactly the same function as TCAN3413 (even the other pins)

Do you agree ?

Hi Mounir,

They are all good recommendations.

However, pin 5 includes internal pull-down for both TCAN3413 and TCAN3404-Q1 but not in TCAN3403-Q1.

However, pin 5 in all the devices places the devices in ultra-low power shutdown mode if pin is high. With internal pull-down, pin can be left floating for both TCAN3413 and TCAN3404-Q1 and not recommended to float for TCAN3403-Q1, thanks.
