Tool/software:
I am using the TUSB2046 as a hub for several on board devices.
The board is 2 layer
The bottom layer is poured as a ground plane
2 of the diff pairs are also on the bottom layer as highlighted in white on the photo
Will this cause signal integrity issues?
Hi Bruce:
High-speed signals should be routed over a solid GND reference plane so you have a return path. so please route high speed on top layer .
Best
Brian
