We are getting failure in component in functional testing for below part supplied by Texas instruments.

1)Jabil Part No : SEHUA41517

2)MPN :- DP83822IRHBR

3)Rejection rate:- 400/1000= 40%

3)Date code:-2421

4)PO number :- 1673022646

5)Invoice number:- 5511165906

Yields are lower than 60% in from month of July to sept for date code 2334,2345

Similar issue we found in Dec'24 month. The issue is same for DC-2421

Hello Gerome ,

We have been suggested to take up this issue with TI application team so we have approached here.

We are getting 40 % failure in IC and we need your support to resolve this issue.

We are having defective samples we want to ship this defective samples for analysis purpose but we not getting the shipping address form TI.

Field Engineer has already instructed to take this case with application team for further assistance.

So, we are expecting your prompt support to receive the shipping address to send the defective samples from our current failure for the further failure analysis as our customer is continuously following with us for failure analysis report.

when we swap the IC's failure board started working & working boards started failing. We did this exercise in 5 different PCBs at Jabil & 2 PCBs in customer R&D Site. In all cases behavior is same(issue following with suspected IC's).

Same IC's Jabil want to ship you for verification purpose.
