TS3USB3000: what is the maximum operating junction temperature

For this device we can say that the maximum junction temperature of the device is 150C

This FAQ gives a good explanation of why this is.

In addition if you would like operating the device at max ratings likely wont exceed the 150C  mentioned in the FAQ  but if you would like a approximation of what the junction temperature will be in your application I would recommended using this FAQ

While we don't have a direct automotive p2p drop in replacement to the diodes device can you tell me more about this business case and I can take that back to our team for future development?
