Hi I am trying to use DS280DF810EVM with Sigcon software, but the software reported "here is no USB2ANY interfaces detected".

I checked the datasheet and user manual but it did not say anything about USB2ANY. What is the problem ? Thanks!

I connected the EVM with my laptop with the mini-usb cable that came with the EVM. The sigcon software then reported that error (no USB2ANY detected)

Hi Chenxuan,

Please see these threads below. You likely need to install USB2ANY Explorer and reflash the USB2ANY.

Do I need the USB2ANY dongle? It did not mention in the EVM user manual. And the EVM only came with a mini-USB cable.

Problem Solved.

The EVM board has USB2ANY converter onboard, so you only need to install USB2ANY explorer and update the firmware.

No additional USB2ANY dongle required. this should be put in the user manual.
