Hi, I'm trying to get the TUSB1064RNQEVM to work in 4 Lane DP Mode, but without success. I have the TUSB1064 configured to GPIO mode, and I'm able to get it into the other three modes (power down, USB 3.1 only, USB 3.1 + 2 Lane DP) of operation.
According to datasheet there must be a low - high - low transition on CTL0. According to this E2E post I connected R/C to CTL0 and removed R41 0R-Jumper to disconnect the the PD controller (it seems to output high on this pin). So, my startup sequence is as follows:
Power up EVM (by inserting USB type-c) with CTL0 low and CTL1 high, then do the toggle by pulling up CTL0 to 3V3 (by setting jumper short time). But nothing changes.
So, what am I doing wrong? Figure 12 states a minimum delay between transitions. Is there also a maximum delay? What is the exact power-up sequence to get the TUSB1064 into 4 lane DP mode with GPIO?
