The issue of TUSB564 DP not outputting has not been resolved. A case was previously submitted but has been closed. Attached are the relevant testing information and schematic diagram. Please help solve the relevant issues.

Hi,

As I mentioned previously.

There is not PD controller in the system.

As per USB Type-C/ PD spec, a PD controller is required for DP alt. mode functionality across a USB Type-C connection. This is why DP is not outputting.

Please see the TUSB564/ TUSB564-Q1 EVM for working implementations with a PD controller.
