Need the IBIS or spice model for DS50PCI402SQE/NOPB

There is an IBIS model available for the DS50PCI402.  This model supports only low speed simulations.  No input equalization or output de-emphasis is supported.  Will this meet your simulation needs?

Low speed means upto what speed it support. In my design device speed goes upto 4.25Gbps. Can you provide the Hspice model?.
