SCANSTA111 IBIS model

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SCANSTA111, SCANSTA112

Hi team,

the device DS references an IBIS model for this part but there isn't one on the product folder, nor is there one in the large IBIS package.  I see 101 and 112, and a note in the 112 that the IO models are based on the 101.

That being said, does the same apply to 111 and can customers just use the 112/101 models for IO modeling data?

  • Hi Michael,

I searched through our internal archives and am unable to locate a SCANSTA111 IBIS model. The SCANSTA112 is a superset of its predecessors: SCANPSC110F and SCANSTA111. All features and functions that the SCANSTA111 uses can be produced by the SCANSTA112.  Thus, I expect that IO modeling performance of the SCANSTA112 IBIS model to be applicable to the SCANSTA111.

    Thanks,

    Michael
