Could you let me know termination of RD/TD unused terminal, please?

Please see the attached file.
Customer uses 12bit ADC and DAC.
For the reason, 4bit is unused.

Hi Masahiko,

It is ok to leave the unused pins floating. I actually recommend this over grounding them, this is because the grounding may cause higher current consumption.
