I got this DS90UH949-Q1EVM board, we ordered 7 of them for our development environment and test environment.

I also have installed ALP and got the device profile folder (with some files inside) in the installation folder. I assume it is the device profile files.

However, I encountered error message says my board has FW ver.0.0.0.0 which is not supported by ALP installed on my PC. At least I must have FW ver.2.5.0.0 to be supported by the ALP.

So, I need to get this FW files and how to flash it into my boards.

Does anyone can advise on this FW files and device profiles?

I had this same issue and the next day when the ran the software while connected to the internet it worked. How did you get the device profile folder?

Hello,
Latest ALP SW can detect Firmware and update it automatically.

I resolved the issue by contacting FAE of TI on your Region.
He/ She will give you the Firmware and update Tools SW (TI USB2ANY SDK).

I am not sure whether there is a way to send These files to you. I may violate SW Distribution T&C with TI.
Please get contact with FAE in your area to get Support.
