I am looking for a spice model of the PCA9306 voltage level converter that I can use in the LTspice simulator.

    Hi Ad,

    Unfortunately, we only offer the IBIS model and HSPICE model for this device.

    In the past, I have seen tutorials on converting IBIS models to SPICE models, however, I'm not sure if this is possible with LTSPICE.

    Your options are to either run your simulation in a signal integrity simulation tool such as HyperLynx, import the IBIS model int HSPICE, or use the HSPICE model.
