USB3.0 cable with two SN65LVPE512

Hello,

I'd like to know whether it's possible to use two SN65LVPE512 devices to build an active USB3.0 cable.
The idea is to re-drive the signals from both host and device side.
The signal quality would rely only on the two SN65LVPE512 devices and could be optimized for the specific cable used (to maximize the length):

Host(Downstream) <--- SN65LVPE512 ---conecter --- cable(USB3.0) --- conector --- SN65LVPE512 ---> Device(Upstream)

Is there a problem with this connection?

best regards
