We are searching for ESD protection for I2C line, Below are the requirements:

1) TVS should be Bi-Directional

2) Reverse Standoff voltage MAX- 6V

3) Surface Mounting

4) Cost as less as possible

I am moving this post to the appropriate forum. Keep in mind capacitance of TVS adds to total capacitance allowed on I2C bus.

400pF for total bus capacitance on each line (SDA and SCL) per I2C requirements

Hi Kiran,

After doing a search with your listed requirements, the closest device for TVS diodes will be the TPD4E1B06. This device is a bi-directional TVS diode with a maximum reverse stand-off voltage of 5.5V (closest to 6V I could find). This device has a maximum line capacitance of 0.95pF. I hope this helps!
