what is the maximum number of vias that can be used for PCIE II? Will it be the same as USB3.0 (2 or less vias)? Thanks!!

    There is no maximum number from a specification point of view.  Ultimately the number of vias which can be supported will be determined by several via parameters.  Things like stub length and impedance control impact the signal quality.
