TPS2066C: TPS2066C question about Input/output capacitor?

Part Number: TPS2066C

Dear support member,

My customer used TPS2066C.

TPS2066C data sheet (rev.H) 10.2.2.1 Input and Output Capacitance,
"0.1uF or more for input and 120uF or more (USB standard) for output" is written.

USB.org USB Power Delivery Rev 3.0 (v 1.1) 7.1.2 According to Source Bulk Capacitance,
"Capacity is considered as total input and output, if it is multiport, it is 120 uF or more, if it is a single port connect 10 uF or more" is stated.

Considering the description of USB.org, it is thought that the USB standard can be satisfied with the combination of 120 uF for input of TPS 2066 C and 10 μF for output,
What is the reason why it is not so described in the TPS2066C data sheet?
(Since we will reduce the number of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, we would like to mount it on the input side if possible)

Best regard.
Bob Lee.
