Hi,

Can you help to clariry the Vcc ramp time specification?
As my understanding, Vcc ramp time specifiy the ramp-up time from 0V to minimum supply voltage (3V). Correct?

My customer's power supply has faster ramp-up rate than 0.2mS.
Do you expect the issue from faster ramp up?

The device should not be enabled until the power on ramp has settled to 3 V or higher , how do you control RSTN? RSTN should be held low until the power on ramp has settled.

Yes, I know that there is a restriction "t_stable".

What I would like to make sure is the definition of tvcc_ramp.
Is that a required ramp rate from 0V to Vcc(min)?

then, can you please let me know the definition of specification of Vcc ramp time(0.2mS to 100mS)?
Is that reference to GND(0V) to Vccmin(3.0V)?

yes, Vcc ramp time is from 0v to 3v for this device.
