by wich reference can I replace a MAX202E ESE for a full compatibility (package, fonctionnal, max temp ...) ?

You may look at TRS202E www.ti.com/.../trs202e.pdf to see it would be a replacement.

Thanks you, but my problem is about EESE of this reference.
Temperature -40/+85°c I think,
I find MAX202, but not eese

It looks like EESE is the narrow SOIC package. MAX202 or TRS202E don't have it. The only RS232 device TI has in that package is MAX232NSR.
