Are you using link training or i2c to configure the DPCD register? The failure looks to be marginal, have you tried multiple boards and do they all behavior all the same?

If using i2c, have you tried to write to the BOOST bits to see if it helps?

All PCB have same issue. We did not use I2C control

This has been handled through direct email support.

Suggestions made included:
1- Change the BOOST bits - This is done through I2C (not possible for this particular implementation as I2C control is not being used here)
2- Improve the PCB layout.

My understanding from local FAE is that DP compliance is now fully passing with DP130 at local test house, would you please confirm?
