I would like you to confirm about following thermal specs.

* Tj(max) (Junction temperature)

* θjc (junction to case thermal resistance)

According to datasheet of non-Q1 version of SN65LBC176, these specs are described as shown below.

So, I believe that you can provide these spec for automotive grade as well.

For SOIC package, Theta JA-High K is 109.1c/w for LBC176Q1. The abs max for Tj is 160c. Please be aware that the thermal shutdown function is set around 165c. Please let me know if you have any questions.
