Can you review the following schematic which currently has burnt issues of SN65HVD52?

Any recommendations to protect the device?

    Hi Sam,

    This schematic looks OK.

    Are you able to determine which terminal is getting damaged? I see that there are provisions for TVS diodes on the differential inputs and outputs - are these components populated when the issue occurs? If so, what is the part number of the TVS? When operated, is this system subject to any stresses such as a short-circuit to a higher-voltage line or large transient overvoltage conditions (such as electrostatic discharges)?
