DS90UB926Q-Q1: DOES FPD-LINK III FOR TTL PARALLEL RGB OUTPUT CAN SHARE PARALLEL IO WITH THE OTHER DEVICES BY SETTING FPD-LINK III AS HIGH Z?

Part Number: DS90UB926Q-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS90UA102-Q1, , DS90UB904Q-Q1, DS90UB902Q-Q1, DS90UB914Q-Q1, DS90UB914A-Q1

OUR CASE WILL USE FPD-LINK PARALLEL DESERIALIZER BUT HERE ARE POOR OF PARALLEL INTERFACE.

PLEASE SEE BELOW DIAGRAM

As You See In Our Case We Use One Application Processor I.MX6 Quad. The Host Processor Can Be Configured As RGB Out / BT.656 Out / LVDS Out.

And We Another 8052 Base Video Processor (Encoder / Switch). The Selected Chiset Is TW8823C (Renesas Intersil).

In Datasheet Of TW8823 Here Are 2 Set Of Digital Video In Path. In Our Past Case Using TW8836 HDMI Parallel And HD-TVI Parallel Can Be Share Same TTL Data Path But Need To Put A Switch For Vsync / Hsync / Clock To Prevent Interference Problems Between RX Devices. Now The Problem Is That TW8823C Has No LVDS Input Support But TTL Parallel Interface Left. We Need To Confirm With You TI The FPD-LINK III Like DS90UA102-Q1 / DS90UB902Q-Q1 / DS90UB904Q-Q1 / DS90UB926Q-Q1 / DS90UB914Q-Q1 / DS90UB914A-Q1  Can All Be Set As High-Z.
