TPS2513A-Q1: Patent of USB power charger with AC input

Part Number: TPS2513A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2513A

Dear Ti support Team,

I am working to develop an USB charger with AC using TPS2513A,  to detect the charging process from different mobile phones, and your power charger IC,

but we have been noticed that the below patents are collected by Fundamental Innovation Systems international LLC ( formerly owned by BlackBerry/ RIM)

8,232,766 - Multifunctional charger system and method
7,834,586 - Multifunctional charger system and method
7,893,655 - Charging and power supply for mobile devices
7,239,111 - Universal serial bus adapter for a mobile device
8,624,550 - Multifunctional charger system and method
6,936,936 - Multifunctional charger system and method

Fundamental has recently filed infringement complaints against Samsung Electronics, LGE, Huawei and ZTE in the E.D. of Texas, as well as a complaint against Samsung and Huawei in Mannheim, Germany.

I have inserted a patent file , US7453233 B2 for your reference

US7453233 B2.PDF

we  want knowing, if TPS2513A-Q1and your power convert IC (AC to DC )   has no violation to their patent or not,

as we also found that the patent is so wide, and should be focus on the identification sub system IC, like TPS2513A-Q1,  it has violation or not,

Could you please confirm it?
Thank you in advance.

Many thanks,

Martin
