SN65CML100: LVDS to CML translator

My application is as follows:

I need to translate 10Mbps LVDS to CML  for FPGA, I can not find low speed LVDS to CML / CML to LVDS translator!

My questions are:

1. Can SN65CML100 support 10Mbps LVDS to CML translate?
2. Can SN65LVDS100 support 10Mbps CML to LVDS translate?
