Could you provide recommended pattern layout for protection of LVDS differential line?

I want to know the position of the IN+ and IN- of deserializer and coupling capacitor and TPD1E05U06-Q1.

Hello,

The TPD1E05U06-Q1 is in an 0402 footprint so you can hang it off both of the lines. Also it is unidirectional so if your LVDS signal swings below ground then you should change to a bidirectional.

The data rate is fine for the capacitance of the TPD1E05U06.

Nagasawa-san,

The ESD protection should be on the side with the DC bias and should be near the connector. If you want to keep it where it is then you will need to have a bidirectional ESD diode.
