Hi,

I'm using DS90UR905Q-Q1 as serializer and DS90UR910-Q1 as deserializer. The serializer board is made by gerber file from TI's website and the deserializer board is DS90UR910QEVM.

Which registers of DS90UR905Q-Q1 and DS90UR910-Q1 must be configured through I2C?

Are you asking about any registers that need to be configured in a special manner to get the 905 and 910 to talk to each other and link up properly?
There are no such special registers that need to be set up when you are connecting the EVM's, you can refer to the EVM users guide.
