is it allowed to tie the Pin nWake of the device SN65HVDA195 permanent (hard-wired) to GND without using any resistor (no pull-up, no serial resistor,...) ?

    Matthias,

    Tying this pin to ground won't allow the device to go into Sleep mode since it is an active low, and not an edge transition, is this okay? If the user doesn't want to use the local WAKE feature, tying it directly to VSUP would be okay, and this will consume less current from the battery than tying it directly to GND anyway.
