Hi Team,

The datasheet page 1 shows the following however I couldn't catch why Peak Power Settings is up to 81W for TPS25741A.

I believe 75W(15W x 5A) is the correct.
Could you tell me the background (calculation) of the value 81W?

Hello Yaita,

81W is really the "peak" power at highest allowed voltage tolerance.

(15*1.05 + 0.5 ) * 5 = 81

In the case that you commented, why "peak" power setting for TPS25741 is refered 100W?

Hello Yaita-san,

Same thing with the TPS25741A, 100W is really the "peak" power at highest allowed voltage tolerance for the TPS25741.

(20*1.05 + 0.5 ) * 4.64 = 99.7W
