Hi

I have some question about TUSB8044 EEPROM Data

1.
Some BYTE ADDRESS are Reserved.
How should I set these address?
All 0b, all 1b or don't care?

2.
BYTE ADDRESS 100h-2DF are "USB Billboard Strings 1 and 2".
How should I set these address?
Currenrly, I set these address to all 1b, and Billboard looks work correctly.
Is it no problem for DP alt mode compliance test?

    Hi Anderson,

    Sorry I was on vacation and did not respond to your earlier direct message.

    1. Don't care, unless a specific register value is stated in the datasheet and indicates the value should not be overwritten.
    2. It looks like there is a typo in the documentation. Registers 2Ch and 2Dh should be set to 0 if the default string descriptors are to be used.

    I am updating the docs now.
