Hello,

Our customer use the TRSF3223E.

It is recommended the value of the charge pump capacitor as C1:0.047uF and C2-C4: 0.33uF.

Due to the poor supply of capacitor parts, they want to change the value.

Is it possible to use the value of C2-C4 as 0.22uF?

Naoki,

Please refer to this blog for the impact of the cap values. I assume the supply is 5V. Please note that the ratio of capacitors (C1/C3 and C2/C4) matters here. It's OK to keep C2 and C4 as 0.22uF. If you want to apply a 0.22uF for C3, please choose C1's value 0.031uF or smaller. BTW, please use voltage rate 10V or 16V. Please let me know if it makes sense to you.

I will suggest the customer using 0.031uF (0.033uF?) for C1.
