Dear,

we use SN65LVDS93A-Q1, and we test  if chamber 70 deg and we measurment  IC Tcase=97 deg. Tj= 103 deg

it`s test overspec?

i saw the datasheet operating free-air temp 85 deg, and Virtual junction temperature, TJ can 105 deg. 

if any suggestion, Please advise me.
