TCAN1042HV: power consumption during transition from recessive state to dominant state

Please help answer my customer's question:

I have a question about TCAN1042 and TCAN1043 CAN transceiver.

During dominant state, Icc is 70 mA (typical bus load), my question: Is this 70 mA drawn during transition from recessive state to dominant state or 70 mA will be continuously drawn as long as dominant state prevails?
