TUSB8044: Is it possible to apply USB_VBUS before VDD and VDD33 is off (=GND)?

Is it possible to apply USB_VBUS before VDD and VDD33 is off (=GND)?
I believe it is possible however would like to confirm just in case.

Hello Yaita,

Did you mean you are supplying USB_VBUS before supplying VDD and VDD33? Then yes, you can apply USB_VBUS before supplying VDD and VDD33, but preferably you would not, as it may put TUSB8044 into an undefined state.
