I am looking for a spice model for DS26C31TM. could ypu please help me?
By the way I got the IBIS model but I see no Power Clamp table (corrent=0 for every voltage) for output buffer. That means no parasitic diode toward VCC at the output on the silicon?
I unfortunately need the rate of such diode if present for my investigation.
