Hi Scott,

All the CV test failures and Chapter 6 and 7 failures are because they are using TUSB8044. They need to use the TUSB8044A to meet all the new compliance requirements. It is a drop-in replacement.

TD 5.02.1 is a known test issues with the test platform, that can be waived.

The Vload failure can usually be worked around by raising their VBUS rail closer to 5.5V.

The HID failures from VID 0409 are not related to the TUSB8044 product so I cannot comment on that failure.
