My customer have some questions about thermal parameters for SN75121.

[Q]

Please tell me the following values in the NS package.

* TJmax (Maximum Operating Junction Temperature)

* Theta ja (Junction - Ambient Thermal Resistance)

* Theta jc (Junction - Case Thermal Resistance)

Katsunaga-san,

Here are the results:

Theta JA: 86.4
Theta JC: 46.9

Tj max is 150c based on the datasheet. Please let me know if you have more questions.
