SN65LBC180A: About pin processing of VCC pin

Hi team,

My cusomer is considering replacing competition product with SN65LBC180A.

However, VCC pin (13) of the competition product is NC.

Is it possible to process SN65LBC180A's VCC pin (13) as NC?

Sakuma,

Pin 13 can be left as NC as long as pin 14 (VCC) is supplied with a voltage. Internally, pins 13 and 14 are connected.
