I want to interface the ONET4201 with an FPGA that has a CML output as well. As far as I know, AC-coupling is preferred, fine with that, in that case, do I need any bias resistor at the receiving end? I've seen some examples where they aren't shown and others where they are. My common sense tells me the former is a misleading simplification of the latter, but it could as well be they are internal.
