TUSB215: How the TUSB215 works in I2C mode, if DC_Boost pin is connected with 24K pull-down resistor

Hi E2E team.

As far as I know, DC_Boost pin is reserved TI test purpose in I2C mode.

I'm curious about how the TUSB215 works in I2C mode, if DC_Boost pin is connected with 24K pull-down resistor.

I would appreciate it if you could let me know with this.

Hi,

TUSB215 function should not change when in I2C mode and 24k pull-down on DC_Boost. Are you seeing a change in behavior?

This is Jonathan form Avnet.

One of our customers is producing CAR-Amp by using TUSB215.

The customer just want to make sure there is no problems with 24K pull-down resistor on DC_Boost pin in I2C mode.

You mean.... there is no problem with 24K pull-down resistor on DC_Boost pin in I2C mode?
