SN75LVCP600: Guideline for mounting the device manually

Part Number: SN75LVCP600

Dear E2E support member,

Regarding the SN75LVCP600 (SATA Re-Driver), is there any guideline for mounting the device manually
using a soldering iron (Pb-free)?  Specially, we would like to know a duration in which we can
touch the device's pin using the soldering iron without damaging the device.
* Temperature of the soldering iron could be 350-400 degree celsius.

[memo]
- We developed a board without the SN75LVCP600.
But the result of the SATA Compliance Test was NG.
- So, we mounted the device on the board manually using a soldering iron (Pb-free).
But after mounting the device, the SATA Link did not link up (A SATA Disk was not detected by a Host).
We believe that the device was damaged in our mounting process.
- So, we are trying to re-mounting carefully.

Thank you.
