TPS65983: Tolerance for the oval pad size width PCB footprint

Hi Team,

We have a customer inquiry regarding the minimum recommended PCB footprint for TPS65983.
The customer does not see tolerances for land or conductor width in terms of the recommended footprint pattern of the oval pad.
So he would like to know what is the tolerance for the oval pad size width, how narrow it is recommended to be.

The above image is the measured value of the customer using the board file of  TUSB564RNQEVM where the mentioned chip is used.
He measured 7mils for the oval pad and for general Tolerances the drawing notes to use IPC-6012 Type 3 Class 2 does that mean that absolute min pad width is 80% of the 7mils?
