Please refer to Figure 1 of the SN65LVDS049 datasheet. LVDS uses a constant current mode driver. In the case, the output current is 3.5mA.

Figure 1 is the VOD vs the load resistance char data, which is the Rout.

I believe that the Rout is not differential but single-end output, so Figure 1 is not Rout.

And Vod is D± as below.

Rout is single-end.

Unfortunately, I do not have an exact answer to this question. But looking at the electrical spec, you can use the test condition as a reference.

Hi,

For the pulldown driver the approximate on resistance is 25 Ohms (0.05V/0.002A). I would expect the pullup to be similar.
