customer is using SN65HVD01, want to need double check with you:tks!
the Vl=1.8V, VCC=3.3V, when Vl=1.8V shows up, but Vcc 3.3v is not supplied, i.e. Vcc=0V, will it cause damage?

Hi Vera,
No, this condition should not cause damage to the device. Note that RS-485 communication will not work properly until both supply rails are present, though.
