SN65LVDT101: can be used as a DC coupling LVPECL input to CML output translator ?

Hi,

I saw SN65LVDT101 is the only device that integrates 110-Ω Terminating Resistor. Can it be used as the LVPECL driver in below figure? Or, is there any other solution for LVPECL-to-CML (1.25Gbps)? My customer likes dc-coupling input and integrated termination. I'm also look at SN65CML100. With this device, is the 50ohm pull down to VCC-2V needed at input? For the 3.3V pull-up power supply, I don't think its ripple would impact the signal integrity, because it is common mode noise. Is it correct?
