DS92LV010A: pull up resistors

Team, 

My customer has the following questions:

Is there a weak pull up/down within the DS92LV010ATM device on the RE pin? 

If pin 5 (RE) is left floating, what could be the behavior of the part or would there be any significant impacts of this omission?

Pin 3 which is the output of this chip controlled by pin 5 is currently not connected to anything in the circuit.

    Hi Aaron,

    There is no pullup or pulldown specified in the datasheet.  If the RE (pin 5) is floating, the result on Pin 3 is unknown.  The receiver may or may not be enabled under this input condition.  This would not hurt the DS92LV010A, it just results in an unknown output state for the receiver.
