I am new to designing with CAN-BUS. I have an application for the TCAN33XG that requires both "Silent Mode" supported by TCAN330G and TCAN337G and "Standby Mode with Wake" supported by TCAN334G.
The data sheet defines Silent mode as "silent" or "receive-only" mode of the device. If the design will NEVER use Tx or transmit onto CAN BUS (Always a listener), would puling Tx HIGH on TCAN334G equate to "Silent Mode"? Or, can the device still transmit data with Tx pulled H as Table 6 defines (output: Z).
