Hello,

i received the following problem from a customer, can you please help me solve it?

"I have TP65987EVM with display port sink board from 10G expansion EVM attached. I use the TPS65981_2_6_7_8 Application Customization software to configure the board. I don’t see any change in behavior of the board unless I program the flash with a new configuration but just loading a new configuration does not change it’s behavior. And in debug mode I see the same old configuration that the programed one."

Hi,

On successful patch load to the external SPI flash, message box- "SPI Flash to Device successful" will pop-up, Did they see this message?

If yes, could you ask them to fill "Customer use Word 1" field with some hex value and check whether they are able to read back the same value in debug mode (after patch load).

He does not understand what you mean by Patch load? Which patch should he load?
