Hi,team.

I have any questions about DS10CP154A.

1. How should unused input pins(ex.IN1+,IN1-) and output pins(OUT1+,OUT1-) be terminated?

2. Which of the following should be set for an unused output port?(ex.S30,S31)
unused input port or other than that.

Greetings:

1). You can connect un-used inputs through49.9-ohm Resistors to GND.

2). You can select one of the unused inputs to route to un-used output.

Is a 49.9Ω resistor needed?
Is it not possible to connect directly to GND?

Greetings,

I think it is a good design practice to terminate with 49.9-ohm expected impedance. Additionally, 49.9-ohm Resistor also protects high speed input from potential spikes on GND plane during hot plug or power up.
