I am wondering if the SN65LVDM1677 has its 110ohm resistor connected to the Y and Z when the IC is used as a LVDS transmitter. Does anyone know the answer ? Thanks.

Olivier,
Since SN65LVDM1677 is used to drive a a multi-drop bus environment, the assumption is that the multi-drop bus is double terminated. In this case, the termination resistance of the LVDM1677 is still active even if the device is transmitting.

Thanks. From the datasheet, it was not clear whether the 110 ohm was present at the input only or at input and output, since there is no mention of the 110 ohm for the Y or Z output model (top right image) while it is mentionned for the input (bottom left image). See attached image taken from the datasheet, page 4.
Olivier,
Yes, I understand your comment about potential for confusion. We will mention it to our technical documentation group for possible update.
Thanks,
